She is the CFO and HR Director at United Liner Agency, the official representative of Ocean Network Express, one of the world’s six largest maritime container carriers, in Ukraine, as well as at Panta Rhei Ukraine LTD, a company engaged in chartering and tramp agency services. Despite the war, closed ports and rocket strikes, the teams of the companies where she holds leadership positions were able not only to resume work, but also to continue supporting the Ukrainian economy. This is an example of true leadership in crisis conditions.

In addition to being a businesswoman and public figure, Olena is a true guardian of the family hearth, a wife, mother and grandmother, and impresses with her energy and inner strength. She is not only about business, but also about values. She is an active participant in public initiatives, a member of the Odesa Business Club and the Odesa Women’s Business Chamber of Ukraine.

From the very first days of the full-scale war, she has been helping the army, supporting charitable initiatives and believing in victory. These are the kind of people who stand alongside our foundation – strong, caring and responsible.
